Be Respectful
Banter and trash talk are part of the fun. Harassment, slurs, and targeted abuse are not. If someone asks you to stop, stop. If you wouldn't say it in person, don't say it here.
⚠️ Warning → BanNo Griefing
Don't destroy, steal from, or mess with another player's builds or items without their consent. PvP requires two-party agreement — everything else is griefing.
🚫 Immediate BanNo Exploits or Cheating
No duplication glitches, x-ray texture packs, modified clients, or anything that gives you an unfair advantage. If you find a bug, report it — don't abuse it.
🚫 Immediate BanEnglish in Global Chat
Global chat is English so everyone can understand. Other languages are welcome in party chat, group chat, local chat, and voice.
⚠️ ReminderNo Lag Machines
Keep builds reasonable. Massive automated farms, entity spam, and chunk-loading networks that tank the TPS ruin it for everyone. If the server slows down because of your build, we'll ask you to fix it.
⚙️ Fix or RemoveNo Spawn Camping or Spawn Killing
The spawn area is neutral ground. Killing new or respawning players is never okay, even if they "agree" — new players can't meaningfully consent when they don't know the server yet.
🚫 Immediate BanClaim Your Builds
Use land claims to protect your base. Unclaimed builds are not protected — if you didn't claim it, we can't help if it gets raided. This protects you and sets clear boundaries.
Have Fun
That's the whole point. If you're not having fun, talk to us about it. We're open to suggestions and changes that make the experience better for everyone.
PvP Requires Mutual Consent
All PvP on Temporal Rift requires both players to agree before fighting. No surprise attacks, no ambushes, no "I didn't know they didn't want to fight." If someone doesn't want to PvP, you don't PvP with them. Period.
🚫 Violation = Immediate Ban✅ Agreed Duels
Both players agree to fight — in chat, voice, or however you communicate. Duel it out, have fun, no hard feelings.
✅ Organized Events
Admin-run tournaments, jousting matches, arena fights — everyone who enters consents by participating.
✅ Mutual Territory Wars
Two groups agree to wage war? Go for it. Make it epic. Just make sure both sides actually agreed.
✅ Sparring & Training
Practice combat with friends. Test your gear. Just make sure your sparring partner knows what's happening.
❌ Surprise Attacks
Attacking someone who hasn't agreed to PvP. Doesn't matter if they're "geared" or "look ready." No consent = no fight.
❌ Raiding Without Consent
Stealing from or destroying another player's base without their agreement. This is griefing, not PvP.
❌ Coercion
"Fight me or I'll grief your base" is not consent. Pressuring, threatening, or manipulating someone into PvP is treated the same as unconsented PvP.
❌ Spawn Killing
Killing new or respawning players. Even if they "agree" — new players can't meaningfully consent when they don't know the server yet.

Admins reserve the right to take action on situations not explicitly covered here. We use common sense. If you're unsure whether something is allowed, ask in chat or DM an admin. We'd rather explain the rules than enforce them.
